With over two decades of speaking experience, Jamar has hosted, presented, and MC'd for the United States Men's National Team (USMNT) Soccer, Bell Let's Talk Day, the Bell Media Upfronts, Canadian Music Week, Chicago's Respiratory Health Association, The Chicago Fire FC -- to name a few. During these events, he was able to showcase his impressive public speaking skills and act as a keynote speaker on topics such as philosophy, leadership, mental health, the environment, and humanity in general.Jamar is committed to community development. Jamar spent 10 years as host of The J Show on Chicago's B96 FM.

Previously, he hosted daily shows on several of America's biggest Top 40 radio stations, including stations in DC, Cleveland, and Miami, where he established deep connections with each local community. As a board member for Chicago's Respiratory Health Association, McNeil has participated in fundraising events for young people affected by asthma and has advocated for clean air initiatives. McNeil is also a founding member and secretary for Midwest Jamaica Corp (MIJAC), a group serving as a resource for Jamaicans in both Chicago and Jamaica.

Jamar has been a radio host for some of the biggest radio stations in Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. He is also an accomplished DJ and music producer.

Jamar is the co-host of Canada's #1 morning show, CHUM1045, alongside Marilyn Denis.
